Freight quotes and logistics, including customs paperwork where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. We can assist with dimensions and approximate weight figures if needed; however, the hauler assumes all liability for over-width permits, escorts, and any other items necessary to transport your purchase.

All equipment is pre-owned, It is advertised and described to the best of our knowledge and ability at the time of listing. Auctioneer and equipment owners will not be held liable for unforeseen, unknown, hidden, or unreported internal, external, mechanical or cosmetic damage or breakage, or errors in listings beyond our control. Everything is sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to personally visit to inspect the item or call us for more details before you begin bidding on any item(s). Please schedule an appointment if you would like a representative on site during your equipment inspection.
POST AUCTION TERMS:
Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of completion of the auction to confirm purchase and payment details. We ONLY accept bank wires! (Foreign wire transfers will incur a $25 service charge). Payments need to be received and paid in full within 3 days of the completion of the auction. We will send an invoice to the email address you registered with Auction Time immediately upon sale conclusion. Wisconsin sales tax will apply to buyers residing in Wisconsin or those personally taking delivery at our location unless exempt certificate is provided.
Load out:
Successful bidder has 15 days to pick up the purchased item, if the buyer is not personally picking up the machine there must shipping arrangements organized and active at 10 days prior to the end of the auction.
