Possession will be after corn has been harvested in 2022. Absentee bidding is available at DOWN PAYMENT- Immediately following the conclusion of the real estate auction, the successful bidder will sign the real estate purchase contract & pay earnest money/down payment in the amount of 10% of the total sale price. The down payment may be paid in the form of cash, personal check, or business check. The balance of the purchase price is due in certified funds at closing.
