Auction Terms

Firearm Requirements: All firearms must be registered and transferred through Uncle Tom’s Outfitters. A separate $30 registration/transfer fee applies to each firearm. Buyers must meet all applicable federal and state requirements and successfully complete any required background check before taking possession. Handgun purchasers must be at least 21 years old. Long-gun purchasers must be at least 18 years old.
Terms: A 10% online buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases made through the online auction conducted by Hamele Auction. Wisconsin sales tax applies to all purchases unless the bidder is tax exempt. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added when paying by credit or debit card. Firearms requiring shipment must be transferred to an eligible Federal Firearms License holder. Additional transfer and shipping fees may apply.
