Auction Terms

10% non refundable earnest money deposit and signatures of all required contracts and supporting
documents by successful buyer within 24 hours of auction ending. Closing on or before 1-27-2023 at Security 1st Title. DOWN
PAYMENT- Within 24 hours of auction conclusion, the successful bidder will sign the real estate purchase contract & pay earnest money
/down payment in the amount of 10% of the total sale price.The down payment may be paid in the form of cash, personal check, or
business check. The balance of the purchase price is due in certified funds at closing. The earnest money/down payment is non
-refundable. The real estate is not being sold subject to buyer qualifying for financing. Seller WILL NOT pay any of buyer's loan costs.
